Ridgefox Academy LLC Terms and Conditions, Please read before enrollment:

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY STUDENT: 

· I acknowledge and understand that exam and test score results vary and are highly dependent upon a student’s own skills and hard work.  

· I understand that the academic coaching and tutoring services offered in no way guarantee or promise that the student will achieve a specific desired score, position, or promotion. 

· I acknowledge that regardless of any future outcome of the results of any examination or tests, the student is not entitled to a refund.

· I understand that I must keep my login information safe and confidential. A violation of this policy may result in the student’s withdrawal from the Ridgefox Academy. 

· I acknowledge that my participation in this academic coaching and tutoring program is purely voluntary. I expressly accept and assume all liabilities and risks associated with my participation in any Ridgefox Academy online training sessions (if any).

· I understand that my academic coach is not promising outcomes, including but not limited to: an increased rate of pay, desired working assignments, or a promotion in rank.

· I understand that the Ridgefox Academy is a privately owned and operated organization, and is not sponsored by, nor has any affiliation with, any law enforcement agency or other governmental entity. As such, access to the Ridgefox Academy material should be via smartphones, tablets, or personally owned computers, not government-issued equipment.

· I understand that Ridgefox Academy will protect my information as confidential unless the student states otherwise in writing. However, if the Ridgefox Academy is provided with a court order to provide information or to testify, they will do so to the extent that the law requires.

· I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and the student accepts any risks to confidentiality in the use of Google Workspace or any other website. Ridgefox Academy is not responsible for any damages that occur to a student’s personal property.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY 

By registering for these courses, I  hereby waive and release the Ridgefox Academy LLC, partners and agents from any and all liabilities of any nature, for losses or financial problems, for lack of success or the student’s test results that I may suffer including specifically, without limitation, any liabilities resulting from my participation in the any online training sessions offered by the Ridgefox Academy and I expressly assume any and all risks of such liabilities. 

INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I, individually, and on behalf of my heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless, release and forever discharge the Ridgefox Academy LLC and its known associates, agents, officers, trustees, and representatives (in their official and individual capacities) from any and all liability for any and any damages, losses or injuries I sustain in connection with this tutoring and academic coaching service including, but not limited to: any claims, demands, actions, omissions, causes of actions, judgments, damages, expenses, and costs, including attorney’s fees, which arise out of, result from, occur during or are connected in any manner with my participation in the program and/or any travel incident thereto.

VERIFICATION BY STUDENT

By registering for these courses, I have read, understand, and fully acknowledge all terms stated in this consent waiver form, and I freely consent to it. I understand the legal consequences of consent to this document, including releasing the Ridgefox Academy LLC from all liability and assumption of all risks of participating in any online training session. I agree that this constitutes full disclosure and that it supersedes any previous verbal or written disclosures. Understanding all the above, I hereby sign this Waiver of Liability form with my consent with the acknowledgment that I have read the above and I hereby accept all the conditions.

ACCESS TO DIGITAL CONTENT

Upon payment in full, the student will be granted access to the study materials offered by Ridgefox Academy. The student will have access to these materials, videos, and associated content for as long as the student maintains an active monthly subscription and adheres to all Ridgefox Academy rules and policies. Access to the materials is for the period prior to and including the day of the student's examination. After such day, the student's access to the online material will be terminated. Monthly subscription fees will not be pro-rated for any time left within the month in which the examination is offered. 

REFUNDS

Upon payment in full, the student will have 72 hours to cancel and receive a full refund, or until the order for testing materials is submitted, whichever comes first. After that time, it is at Ridgefox Academy's discretion to pro-rate returns. Ridgefox Academy does not guarantee any refund in full, and may only offer partial refunds, if any at all.
